Job Overview



Knowledge of OJT policies and procedures; training techniques and hands-on instructional techniques/methodology; procedures related to upgrading Specialty Training Standard (STS), skill/knowledge tests; training reporting systems/procedures; education and/or training administration policies and procedures is mandatory.  Must have successfully completed a military or civil course covering all aspects of instruction and curriculum development.


Shall have not less than six years experience in his profession with not less than three years as a training technician.  Shall have had practical experience within the past three years.

Duties and Responsibilities

(a)        Reports to the Base/Wing Training Officer and/or the Field Training Center Supervisor and functions as member of their staff as Training Technician under the direct supervision of the CLIENTS.

(b)        Administers training as directed.

(c)        Coordinates with applicable base training functions to college and process training/manning reports for the CLIENTS.

(d)       Advises and assists OJT Trainers as directed.

(e)        Plans and conducts OJT as directed.

(f)        Performs other duties as directed.

  • Visa Processing: You need to provide what is needed by the concerned embassy and the employers, follow their instructions.
  • Mobilization Process:  When visa is endorsed, we will coordinate with you and employers, we will provide you confirmed e/ticket and the Guidelines. Mostly all the guidelines are provided in the letter and contact details.
  • Peoples lie American/European, where visa is not needed, applicant need to follow the rest of formalities demanded by the employer such as police report or any documents requirements.
