Job Overview

Job title – Computer Operator/Typist

1. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

Completion of a basic typing and administrative course is mandatory.  Must be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM accurately.  Must be able to operate an IBM or compatible personal computer and be proficient in the use of word processing programs.  Shall possess a good working knowledge of general office and filing procedures.  Must have a good command of the English language (oral and written).  Completion of secondary education is desirable.

2. EXPERIENCE

Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as an English administrative clerk or secretary.  At least one (1) year experience using IBM or compatible personal computer is mandatory.  Must have had practical experience in the administrative career field within the past three (3) years.

3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Types and files all levels of general and specialized correspondence.
  2. Organizes and controls routine correspondence and schedules.
  3. Establishes and controls administrative files.
  4. Maintains routine administrative suspense file system.
  5. Provides general administrative support to work section personnel.
  6. Receives phone calls and serves as receptionist when required.
  7. Operates personal computer, to include data input and extraction.
  8. Operates AUTOLOG computer terminals and printers as required.
  9. Perform other administrative duties

  • Mobilization Process:  When visa is endorsed, we will coordinate with you and employers, we will provide you confirmed e/ticket and the Guidelines. Mostly all the guidelines are provided in the letter and contact details.
  • Peoples lie American/European, where visa is not needed, applicant need to follow the rest of formalities demanded by the employer such as police report or any documents requirements.
