GRN-0211- Air Cargo Observer – Loadmaster Instructor

Knowledge/Education

Must have knowledge of types, capacities and configurations of C-130 aircraft; airdrop techniques; weight and balance factors; arithmetic devices; emergency equipment and in-flight emergency procedures; use of personal oxygen equipment; loading charts and clearance requirements and forms; principles of dispensing and preserving food aboard aircraft; and cargo restraint techniques. Graduate of accredited instructor/teacher training course is mandatory. Must possess knowledge of training techniques and instructional methodology, learning processes, training curriculum development, training evaluations, use of audio-visual training aids , Computer Based Training (CBT) Systems, and training report systems/procedures.

Experience

Shall have at least six (6) years experience as an Air Cargo Observer on the C-130 aircraft; classroom technical instructor experience not less than three (3) years in this capacity. Shall have practical experience within the past three (3) years. Should have experience in course writing and test and measurement procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Reports to Aircrew Ground School OIC and functions as an Air Cargo Observer Instructor.
  2. Determines Air Cargo Observer (Loadmaster) training requirements; develops, implements, and conducts formal courses in accordance with CLIENTS directives.
  3. Plans and conducts OJT in accordance with CLIENTS directives.
  4. Performs other related duties as directed.

  • Peoples lie American/European, where visa is not needed, applicant need to follow the rest of formalities demanded by the employer such as police report or any documents requirements.
