Qualifications
Required Qualification Seventh Technical Level or equivalent

Experiences and Courses
1. Knowledge of the corresponding principles of automatic transmission operation used in standard automated applications.
2. Knowledge of technical orders and maintenance procedures related to the repair of public vehicles.
3. Proficiency in the English language spoken and written.
4. Preferably have a foundation course in automatic transmission maintenance.
5. At least seven years’ experience in the repair and packaging of the automatic transmission of vehicles in general.
6. Must possess work experience within the past three years.

Tasks and Duties
1. Carry out other relevant work as directed.
2. Determine the validity of the transmission and the parts attached to them.
3. Disassemble, replace, repair, calibrate and pack the automatic transmission of public vehicles.
4. Disassemble, switch, calibrate and pack both the torque converter and the clutch components and related parts.
5. Carry out preventive and special maintenance work for the automatic transmission and related parts.
6. Establish training requirements and hold on-the-job training courses.
