JOB PURPOSE |
Performing all Aircraft Maintenance works, including repairs, cleaning, adjustment, assembly, component removal / installation, functional testing, operational checks, refueling and de-fueling, recovery and troubleshooting on Aircraft and increases aircraft serviceability periods according to the Regulations and GDC ME procedures. |
PRIMARY DUTIES, AUTHORITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES. |
1) Works through Work Orders, Task Cards, Manufacture Bulletins and Technical Manuals to perform the necessary work on the Aircraft, Engines, accessories and components thereof. |
2) Perform all activities related to the Maintenance of aircraft systems including electrical systems if assistance is needed. |
3) Perform all Maintenance duties in accordance with applicable Technical manuals, Policies, Procedures and the respective Regulatory Articles. |
4) If applicable, ensure aircraft release to service is complied with all related matters. |
5) Documents all work performed in accordance with approved inspection procedures manual. |
6) Complies with all Safety Awareness, Housekeeping and Foreign Object Damage Programs. |
7) Reports defect, damage or expected malfunction to the direct superior or Maintenance Supervisor in-duty immediately. |
8) Minimize turnovers and ensure all incomplete jobs are documented in the Turnover Log. |
9) Wears all Safety & Protective Items and ensure all Maintenance Activities are done safely. |
10) Ensure Maintenance Environment is well equipped with all required materials and resources to ease the job. |
SECONDARY DUTIES, AUTHORITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES. |
1) Performs scheduled and non-scheduled Maintenance. |
2) Conducts all Preventive Maintenance or additional duties according to the project’s requirements. |
3) If applicable, in short notices may travel to perform some maintenance away from the aircraft base. |
4) Prints and reads carefully all Documents related to the job and/or has a quick access to the computerized versions. |
5) Updates the Maintenance Planning Systems with all activities have been done. |
6) Ensures that Maintenance tools and equipment are calibrated frequently and calibration validity checked prior each use. |
7) Ensures all Technical Manuals are updated and referred to the latest revision prior each work, |
8) Brief and interact with Flight Crew on all Maintenance matters as assigned. |
9) Monitors the projects’ time frames and ensure all assigned duties are not exceeding or delaying the proposed work scope. |
10) Wears GDC ME Uniform and takes care of its condition to reflect a good image of the company |

Minimum Qualification | Diploma from an approved Academy of Airframe & Powerplant |
Technical Qualifications | Type-rated at least in Cessna Citation |
Special Certifications | Certificates in Human Factors & Hazardous Materials |
Experience | Minimum 5 years of experience in Cessna Citation |
