Project Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Manager to support
the planning and execution of community-focused initiatives at our Mobile, Alabama location.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who are passionate about community development
and eager to grow their skills in project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you will assist in organizing events, coordinating with internal teams and community partners,
and tracking progress toward engagement goals. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project management while
contributing to meaningful initiatives that strengthen local relationships and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of a Community Engagement Plan, supporting activities that promote local visibility and impact.
  • Coordinate logistics for community events, site visits, and outreach programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for community inquiries and help manage responses in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support internal coordination by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in community-facing efforts.
  • Track engagement metrics and gather feedback to help evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Contribute to reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Community Engagement, Social Impact, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, community outreach, or related roles (internships and volunteer experience count).
  • Familiarity with basic project management principles and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
