- Possess 7 level or higher in RSAF AFSC 262X0, or equivalent, and must have at least five (5) years technical experience on F-15S (or F-15E) aircraft.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Quality Control and be completely familiar with technical, management and quality assurance procedures.
- Be fully knowledgeable of planning, scheduling, and controlling resources.
- Be proficient in the Maintenance Publications Management System and improvement process and be familiar with Time Compliance Technical Orders.
- Have firsthand experience in using publications and computerized records management, collection, and information systems.
- Have a working knowledge and understanding of the Maintenance Data Collection System.
- At least one Management Course preferable.
- Configuration Management experience preferable.
Task and Responsibility
- Perform Quality Verification Inspections (QVI) on Weapons Maintenance accomplished in OM and IM areas.
- Perform Post-Load Inspections.
- Perform Quality Management Assessments identifying maintenance practices, strengths, and weakness.
- Investigate accidents/incidents and provide comprehensive reports on root causes, contributing factors, corrective actions and recommendations.
- Review/write locally developed Publications, Policy Procedures and Maintenance Operating Instructions (MOIs).
- Research and process Publication Deficiency Improvements.
- Perform Quality Deficiency Investigation and Analysis and provide solutions.
- Review and process Material Deficiency Reports.
- Conduct Special One-Time-Inspections (OTI) and Investigations.
- Perform first-time compliance QVI on all Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs).
- Brief and debrief maintenance functional check flights.
