4. Not more than 2 years retired from active duty.
5. Flying currency within 2 Years

Task and Responsibility

1. Weapons School Instructor (WSO).
2. Instructor Pilot at Weapons School.
3. Develop and improve the weapons systems curriculum.
4. Develop and modify tactics.
5. Analyze deficiencies and provide solutions.
6. Work as a team with other RSAF aircraft
