Structural Repair Technician
Aviation structural repair, corrosion control, and composite repair role supporting assigned aircraft operations.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Perform structural repair, corrosion control, and composite repair per applicable AFIs.
- Evaluate aircraft or equipment repairability using technical orders.
- Identify and request required materials and equipment for repairs.
- Execute repairs ensuring full mission capability and corrosion protection.
- Support ETAR requests with suggested repair actions.
- Follow engineering guidance when repairs are not covered in technical orders.
- Provide training, oversight, and guidance to RSAF and USAF personnel.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Program or Site Manager.
Candidate Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Certified 7-level Aircraft Structural Maintenance Technician with 6+ years experience.
- Prior F-15 experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage: $37.07 per hour
- Sign-on Bonus: $10,000
- Health & Welfare: $7.00 per hour

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work in hangar and flight line environments.
- Exposure to noise, heat, cold, and wind.
- Frequent bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work in confined or elevated spaces including aircraft cockpit.
- Medical screening and respirator qualification required.
