Quality Inspector FAI
The candidate will manage customer quality requirements and standards compliance, including PPAP, SPC, Gage R&R, PFMEA, and AS9100.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and master customer quality specifications and integrate them into all manufacturing steps.
- Manage PPAP, SPC, Gage R&R, and PFMEA requirements where applicable.
- Approve manufacturing processes.
- Ensure that reference documents are current and understood by users.
- Analyze, review, and request updates to customer specifications and standards.
- Respond to operational support requests across logistics, quality, and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with customer and company standards, as well as AS9100 clauses when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- DEC or AEC in mechanical engineering, aeronautical construction, or metallurgy with minimum 2 years’ experience; or equivalent training with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of quality management and processes.
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks software.
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities and creativity.
- Strong organizational skills and interest in new technologies.
- Controlled Goods certification.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
