Quality Inspector FAI

The candidate will manage customer quality requirements and standards compliance, including PPAP, SPC, Gage R&R, PFMEA, and AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and master customer quality specifications and integrate them into all manufacturing steps.
• Manage PPAP, SPC, Gage R&R, and PFMEA requirements where applicable.
• Approve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that reference documents are current and understood by users.
• Analyze, review, and request updates to customer specifications and standards.
• Respond to operational support requests across logistics, quality, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with customer and company standards, as well as AS9100 clauses when required.

Skills and Qualifications

• DEC or AEC in mechanical engineering, aeronautical construction, or metallurgy with minimum 2 years’ experience; or equivalent training with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of quality management and processes.
• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks software.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities and creativity.
• Strong organizational skills and interest in new technologies.
• Controlled Goods certification.

Required Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
