| Experience |
| 1. Minimum 05 years’ experience in the specialist field.
2. 1000+ hrs. flying time 3. Previous fighter experience in F15E, F15C or F15S as instructor 4. Completion of the air combat command Academic Instructor Course (AIC) or equivalent. 5. Previous experience as an academic platform instructor. 6. Graduate of USAF fighter weapon school is preferred. 7. Qualification in tactical aircraft listed above within preceding 5 years or qualified as a contracted Instructor listed within the preceding 2 years. |
| Tasks and Duties |
| 1. Conduct classroom academic as required in the F-15S training syllabus.
2. Conduct free briefing trainer instructor and debriefing in accordance with the course document. 3. Perform additional training center support duties as directed to include but not limited to; developing training schedules, performing quality control, maintaining records and test development / administration. 4. Train selected RSAF personal to become Academic/Instructor
